Born in Jerualem, Hanna is a filmmaker, producer, and cultural art manager who worked in different countries. He holds a bachelor degree in Cinema Studies (Director section) from the Academy of Art / High Cinema Institute, Egypt. His experience covers filmmaking projects (fiction and documentary). Hanna was the initiator, producer and manager of the Palestinian Memory Documentation Project in Talbiyeh refugee camp in Jordan, and he is the founder and Artistic Director of Filmlab: Palestine.

Alia Rayyan holds an MA degree in international politics, sociology, and history of art. She is a curator, journalist, educato and culture manager. She works in Berlin, Beirut, Ramallah, Amman and Jerusalem for international and local cultural and art organizations. Rayyan was a co-founder of the art magazine “Bidoun” for contemporary art from the MENA region. She headed the Palestinian Art Court in Jerusalem between 2013-2016, where she created a tactical urbanism and art program. Currently, Alia is a Ph.D. candidate at the Leuphana University, Graduate School for the Cultures of Critique.

Dr. Brigitte Boulad
A German national, born to an Egyptian father and a Lebanese mother, Dr. Boulad is a literature and art history specialist with a long experience in organizing cultural events on the Arab World in the United States and Europe. She holds a Ph.D. in French Literature from Georges Washington University, USA, and a Licence (BA) in Literature from the Sorbonne, France. Dr. Boulad’s resume includes working for a decade as a freelancer in the fields of Public Relations and Marketing, and as a location manager for prestigious magazines like the W Magazine, and the company Yves Saint Laurent.

Nisreen Ghunaiem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Birzeit University. Nisreen has worked in several fields since 2014, during which she gained experience in the field of human resources, financial matters and building budgets for projects. She joined FilmLab: Palestine in May 2019 as Financial and Administrative Officer.

Christina Zahran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Films Production from Dar Al-Kalima University, College of Arts and Culture. She is a co-founder of "Power Group", a youth group focused on audio- visual productions. She has worked for several years as a “Next Generation Program” trainer and coordinator. She has also worked as the Film programmer for the children and family section during the Palestine Cinema Days Film Festival. She represented FilmLab: Palestine in many international film festivals such as Berlinale, Clermont-Ferrand film festival, and CPH:DOX. She was the main Festival coordinator of “Bethlehem Student Film Festival 2019”.

Awtan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Journalism from An Najah National University. She has been working as an editor and writer since 2014. She has also worked as a media and communication coordinator / officer in different cultural organizations and UN agencies in Palestine. She joined Filmlab: Palestine team in July 2020 as the communication officer.

Mohammed Dosouqi is a Palestinian media-maker with expertise in photography, filmmaking, graphic and theater. He studied and trained in the fields of his expertise in Palestine. He participated in several international media productions as a Director of Photography, project manager and local fixer/ film mixer. He is currently working as a production manager at Filmlab: Palestine and as a production-technical manager at Palestine Cinema Days Film Festival.
